I don't.   On Moschino, you just play those chords as written!  BbMAJ7 - play Bb (1-3-5) or (1-3) and add Major 7 G7#5: Play G7 with sharp 5 (1-3-#5-7).... (I don't think I need to go on - This is why Moschino System is helpful for Jazz tunes)

I used Dall-E to generate these images of a "free-bass accordion". There are small errors, but they generally imply "accordion".  Interesting.
